Pre-Employment Testing 

Functional testing of applicant ability to safely perform the job.

 
  

 Post Injury Testing

Functional testing of existing employees after an injury or medical condition has been identified.  Data collected can be compared to pre-employment data (if any), and to objectively document present post-injury status for baseline comparisons to document progress.

 

  
  

 Fitness-for-Duty Testing

Functional testing of existing employee's ability to safely continue or return to their job.

 

 

 

Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE)

The FCE is a comprehensive medical and functional test given to an injured worker that documents existing capabilities and limitations in comparison to their job.   The test also helps to determine if the injured worker is giving full effort.  The evaluation time ranges from 2-4 hrs. depending on case complexity. A full 8-10 page report is included.
