| Functional Test AFTER an Injury
|
Post-injury testing is a very important, and often overlooked part of employment testing that helps protect the company and the employees. Post injury testing helps determine if the employee is actually injured and if so, to what extent. Uses pre-employment objective baseline date (if available) and compares injured versus non-injury limbs or other objective data for reliability and validity of effort. Post Injury testing is a valuable tool to help determine IF a true injury has occurred and if so, to what extent is the injury, OBJECTIVELY, in comparison to their pre-employment status or at least compared to non-involved limb or published guidelines.
