Functional Testing of Existing Workers

Fit for Duty testing is a carefully regulated process which is used to:

1. Determine safe ability to continue working when there are objective indications that a worker may be at risk.

2. Determine safe ability of a worker to return to work who has missed work for an injury or medical condition.

The functional Fitness-For-Duty test is geared to address the specific area of concern and its potential effect on the worker's ability to safely perform the essential functions of their job, for both the employees, and the companies sake.
